Log in with a University card
- Put your University card on the card reader next to the user panel and wait until you hear a beep sound.
Note: The location of the card reader in the image above may differ from the printer at Tilburg University..
- As soon as you are logged in your personal print queue will be displayed.
Are you a new employee?
Only after 24 hours (from the date of commencement of employment) can you log on to a printer with the university card. If you want to use the printer within those 24 hours, log in with a PIN code. You can request one in the print portal.
Are you a PhD student? Or are you also going to work as a Student assistant?
In addition to your private printing credit, you will also receive employee credit from the university. To be able to use this, it is important that you also have sufficient private credit in your wallet. The costs for printing at a university cost center will not be deducted from your personal (private) credit, but your personal credit serves as a buffer for printing.
We recommend maintaining a credit balance of €10. You can always request a refund of this amount via the Campus Print app or via the TiU print portal.
When you want to use a personal card, like an OV chip card, to log into the printers, you need to connect your card to your account once.
Log in with a personal card

- As soon as you are logged in your personal print queue will be displayed.
